Why Strength Group: Our 8-week course will empower you by providing the tools, knowledge, and structure needed to take charge of your own training. Rather than relying solely on a coach, you will learn how to train effectively, adjust your workouts, and progress confidently—building strength both in and out of the gym.

What does it involve: Our training focuses on foundational compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench press—movements that build real strength. We also include targeted assistance exercises, such as tricep extensions, to support overall development. Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll progressively increase the weight while prioritizing proper form and technique to ensure safe, effective results.

Next Start Date: The next strength group will start on Tuesday, January 7, 2026, and run every Tuesday and Thursday, with a start time of 17:30. The duration of the group is 8 weeks.
