A Guide to our Bootcamps

Most people imagine a scary environment with lots of shouting, angry army men and blood, sweat, and tears when they hear the word "BOOTCAMP."


In our Bootcamp sessions, you will learn and experience training methods that are a million miles away from the outdated and prehistoric methods used by the military in the 1950's. YES, we are former military and serving military instructors who are able to provide you with the most up to date and proven methods.

YOUR FIRST BOOTCAMP

Ok, so you've decided to get fit and active. A reputable outdoor bootcamp is the perfect place to start. The first thing you need to do is take advantage of our 5 Sessions for £5 introductory offer. The price is just £1 per session. After grabbing our fabulous offer, you will need to book five sessions of your choice.

A member of our staff will greet you upon your arrival and ask about your fitness level, health, etc. During the session, you will be introduced to a few training buddies who will keep you on track if you are unsure. If you are a complete beginner our instructors will be there, helping you with each exercise and how to perform it correctly.


Please bring the following items to our sessions:

  1. A full bottle of water.

  2. Training clothes suitable for the weather.

  3. Suitable gloves.

  4. If it is raining, keep a spare top in the car to change into afterwards

So now you're motivated to come to one of our sessions. What next?

Our sessions vary depending on the body part and goal we want to work on, but they are all tailored to suit any level of ability. In general a typical session would look like this:


  1. Introduction and explanation of the session followed by questions so that everyone is comfortable with the format

  2. 10 minutes of mobility drills / warm up before we begin training

  3. There will be a 40 minute session working in groups of 2 - 4 depending on group size

  4. 10 minute cool down
