I’m Alice, a personal trainer and a coach for Darlington Bootcamp. I am a mum and have firsthand experience of what it’s like to feel a bit “lost” in life. 3 years ago, I decided to make some changes and help myself not only mentally, but also physically too. Training has become a huge part of who I am and I am so pleased that I was able to experience my journey, so now I can help other women on theirs too. My sessions are never boring and I aim to make you strong and make you smile.
